Affiliate terms

Participation

Applicants must be at least 18 and are subject to approval. Participation is free and does not require a paid BrixCanvas subscription. You act independently, not as an employee or authorised representative of ProSysTech.

Commission

Current terms for new referrals: 20% · 12 months.

Commission is calculated on eligible BrixCanvas subscription revenue actually collected through Stripe, after discounts and excluding tax, refunds and chargebacks. Domains, standalone AI credits, customer-store purchases and free access are excluded. The earning window starts with the first paid subscription invoice and lasts the agreed number of calendar months, not a number of successful payments. Only the first qualifying subscription is attributed; cancelling and restarting does not reset the window. Unusual invoices, prorations and unverifiable payments require review. Annual payments qualify only for service within the earning window.

Referral attribution

The new customer must use your signup link or enter your referral code when creating their account. We store this referral with their account; there is no affiliate tracking cookie or later-click attribution window. Existing accounts cannot be claimed. One affiliate is recorded per customer. Self-referrals, accounts you control, fake accounts and attempts to manipulate attribution do not qualify. A referral code is not a discount code and does not increase the customer's price.

Payments

Current waiting period and payout minimum: 30 days · EUR 25.00 / USD 25.00.

Eligible balances are processed automatically through Stripe Connect after the waiting period and minimum payout threshold. You must complete Stripe identity and bank verification, and payouts must be supported for your country. Balances below the minimum carry forward. EUR and USD are tracked separately. Stripe or your bank may convert funds for settlement and disclose applicable conversion or payout charges. Transfers can be delayed by insufficient platform funds, verification requirements or disputed payments. A transfer to your Stripe balance is not proof of bank arrival. You are responsible for your own tax obligations and any required invoice or payout documentation. Refunds or chargebacks after transfer are deducted from future commission. Account balances here are commission records, not a bank account.

Honest promotion

Clearly disclose that you may earn commission. Do not send spam, make misleading claims, impersonate BrixCanvas, bid on our brand name in search advertising or promise unapproved discounts. Use only material you have permission to publish. You must comply with applicable advertising, privacy and platform rules.

Changes and ending participation

Rates, duration and waiting periods are saved when each referral signs up. Changes to those settings apply only to future referrals. We may pause new referrals and payouts to investigate abuse and will explain the reason on request. Legitimately earned commission remains recorded; fraudulent earnings may be reversed with an explanation. You can leave the program or raise a payment dispute by contacting support@brixcanvas.com. We will agree how to settle a legitimate remaining balance when participation ends.

Privacy and contact

We process your account details, application, referral relationship, commission records and payout documentation to operate the program and meet administrative obligations. Affiliates see counts and earnings, not customer email addresses. Contact support@brixcanvas.com about your data or the program.
