Withdraw from a contract

Use this form to exercise an applicable consumer withdrawal right, normally within 14 days after concluding a service contract. No login or reason is required. We record your notice and send a receipt; we may then verify the purchase and your identity.

To stop only the next subscription renewal, use Account → Billing instead. Domain renewal is separate. Statutory withdrawal rights and any lawful exceptions are explained in the Terms.

You can also send your withdrawal notice by email to support@brixcanvas.com or by post. Keep proof of when you sent it. We use your details only to handle the request and applicable legal records.
