Withdraw from a contract

Use this form to exercise an applicable consumer withdrawal right, normally within 14 days after concluding a service contract. No login or reason is required. We record your notice and send a receipt; we may then verify the purchase and your identity.

To stop only the next subscription renewal, use Account → Billing instead. Domain renewal is separate. Statutory withdrawal rights and any lawful exceptions are explained in the Terms.

You can also send an unequivocal withdrawal notice by post or contact us by phone. Keep proof of when you sent it. We use your details only to handle the request and applicable legal records.
